1) ON-SITE SERVICE & AFTER SALES
ESCCO provides on-site service and technical support on the range of capital equipment and consumables that we supply into the nuclear industry.
ON-SITE SERVICES – Our badged engineers support clients with services including:
- Welding inspection & repairs
- Calibrations to welding equipment (ie. Miller, Fronius, Lincoln, Kemppi, ESAB & other brands)
- Preventative maintenance plans for welding & fume extraction equipment
- LEV TExT testing (BOHS)
- PAT testing (this is currently carried out off-site)
AFTERSALES – Our Sales & Service engineers can advise for all specialist applications for fume extraction, welding equipment, cutting machinery and more.

3) ON-SITE MACHINE DEMONSTRATIONS
- We offer on-site demonstrations for a range of equipment including welding machines, LEV extractor, dust extraction and more.
- Hire equipment is also available for TIG, MMA, MIG & PLASMA applications. Other equipment available within our Hire fleet includes H13 Hepa LEV Fume Extraction Units (both mobile & portable).
PMUC
ESCCO specialise in a wide range of PMUC approved consumables for the nuclear industry. This ranges from abrasives and tapes through to pens, films, NDT aerosols and more. Certification is supplied with each delivery.
LEV / Fume Extraction
ESCCO provide a comprehensive Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing service throughout the UK where our P601, P602 and P603 qualified engineers will ensure your systems function correctly and are HSE compliant. We offer a wide variety of product solutions that effectively reduce the exposure of your staff to hazardous substances such as welding fumes and dust. Our equipment portfolio includes small portable units, mobile units with arms plus larger units for using longer hoses mainly for site applications /shipbuilding industries.
Abrasives
ESCCO offers a wide range of abrasives for the fabrication and welding market plus PMUC products for the Nuclear industry. Main brands include 3M and SAIT Abrasives.
Welding Equipment
ESCCO have partnered with premium welding brands including Miller, Fronius and ESAB. This includes MIG / MAG, TIG and MMA Welding Machines. We also offer a full range of consumables and welding wires to suit all applications.
Welding PPE
ESCCO offers a wide range of Welding PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) from brands such as 3M, Bizweld, and Tyvek. The range includes visors, flame-retardant boiler suits, head guards, welding curtains, and more.
