The ROLLTect Retractable Welding Screen is a reliable and adaptable option for protecting from sparks and hazardous lights when welding.
Each section can be placed at various angles, and extend up to 20 feet long, saving space with a spring tension roller for easy retraction. If space is limited, the ROLLTect Welding Screen is a great option to maximise your floor space, as they only use 2.8 square feet of floor space when stored.
Perfect for different workshop requirements, the ROLLTect Welding Screens are available with three types of mounting: Wall / Beam Mounting, Fixed Post Mounting, and Mobile Post Mounting.
Wall / Beam Mounting
- Lift the unit up to around 7ft and clamp in place.
- Secure using fasteners.
- Pull the weld screen across to the other side, ensuring it is level with J-Hooks on the opposite post.
- Secure the J-Hooks with proper fasteners at the top and bottom of the post.

Fixed Post Mounting
- Mark and drill concrete floor per hole pattern of support post bottom plate using minimum 3/8” x 2” concrete anchors.
- With the post on the ground, secure the screen to the post using Tek Screws.
- Mount top of the bracket to the top of the post
Turn upright. - Secure into bottom fixed base and secure with bottom bolt.
- Pull the curtain closed and locate where J-Hooks should be placed.
- Secure J-Hooks with proper fasteners


Mobile Post Mounting
- Fasten casters to the base with provided self-tapping screws.
- Fasten the unit 8′ post.
- Turn post upright and insert the 8’ post into the base.
- Fill the bases with 1 – 20kg bag of concrete.
- Pull curtain closed and locate where J-Hooks should be placed.
- Secure J-Hooks with proper fasteners.
