The 3M 500026 Speedglas 9100XXi Hi-Def. A.D.F Unit (117 x 77) comes with an auto-darkening filter with 3M Speedglas Natural Colour Technology, variable dark shades 5, 8, 9-13, a switching time (light-dark) of 0.1 ms, and a viewing area of area 73 mm x 107 mm, which allows the user to have a wide line of vision. It is suitable for most types of arc welding. Light shade 3.
Delay function sets the dark-to-light opening time and sensitivity of arc detection can be adjusted for unsurpassed switching reliability- switching time (light-dark) of 0.1 ms.
The Speedglas 9100XXi now has an ‘Instant On’ feature that allows you to return to the last welding mode when you pick up the helmet. Eyestrain can be adequately reduced when the correct setting is selected, this allows an increase in operation time as well as an improved welding quality. Shade can also be locked-in during operation, for example during grinding, the light shade 3 is suitable.
Advanced arc detection electronics are incorporated into the unit for use with all welding procedures. Convenience and ease of use is very abundant when using the 9100XXi thanks to its battery which has a 2000 hour lifetime allowing uninterrupted use for extended periods of time to promote productivity.
