The Fronius conical nozzle is designed for use with the AL4000 air-cooled and AW5000 water-cooled Fronius mig torches.
The shroud ensures that the shielding gas is concentrated directly around the weld pool which helps prevent porosity and therefore enables consistency and good finished welds.
The conical shroud is the most commonly used in the range and useable in all applications.
