Description
Biologicut is a fluid designed to work in CNC plasma water tables, as a coolant, to stop hot-spotting, corrosion, bacteria and foaming. The fluid also significantly decreases the need for an air extraction hood as it catches 98% of fumes and most sparks. It does not thermally degrade so change-outs are not required and it is reusable. It also contains anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-bacterial chemistry which is extremely beneficial for use in CNC plasma cutting. Biologicut is 100% effective, regardless of speed, and produces superb surface of the finished piece. It also aids in increasing speed of production.
It is environmentally friendly, safe and non-toxic as well as being a preventative of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It can be disposed of directly into the sewer, providing any metal shavings have been filtered out and no oil is visibly floating on the surface. This plasma fluid does not expel harmful vapours or evaporate. Biologicut permanently eliminates odours and immediately biodegrades tramp oils that wash into the water table from the plasma cut metal sheet.
The solution has a ratio of 20:1, meaning 1l of Biologicut should be diluted with 20l of water. It is essential that the correct fluid mixture is maintained in the CNC plasma bed, this can be achieved by measuring the pH of the diluted fluid every 1-2 weeks. More Biologicut fluid should be added if the pH is below 9.
Biologicut can be used with an abundance of materials including carbon steel. stainless steel, brass, Inconel, titanium and aluminum.\
