Ceramiguard ceramic particulate spatter-prevention spray-coating is designed to extend the life of contact tips and shrouds in industrial semi-automated and robotic MIG welding applications, including heavy equipment fabrication and vehicle production.
CeraMIGuard out-performs regular anti-spatter sprays and increases productivity and reduces downtime. The spray can also be applied to jigs, fixtures, and power cables to protect them from spatter damage. It can be removed by rubbing with a warm, damp cloth over the surface.
