The F-Tech (M8 Thread) contact tip is designed for medium-heavy duty fabrication and welding of thick materials. This can include general fabrication and structural steelwork applications.
The M8 thread contact tip is also available in 0.8mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm & 2.4mm. These tips are designed for use with the FT300 / FT400 aircooled & FT500W watercooled F-Tech fume mig torches for welding with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
