Kemper Maxifil Fume Extractor 415 V c/w 4 m Flexible Arm
The Kemper Maxifil welding fume extractor is ideal for medium-heavy duty applications where larger volumes of dust and welding fumes are created. This extractor is best suited for companies that predominately do MIG/MAG welding processes including general fabrication, structural steelwork and joining of thicker materials.
This compact filter device is designed to extract the welding fumes right at the source and then exhaust them with a separation rate of more than 99%. The exhaust hood which is fitted at the end of the extraction arm is easily movable with its 360° rotational design which makes it effortless for the operator to move the hood near to his workpiece. The arm is also kept rigid without any additional support needed.
The 2-stage filtering process ensures that the exhausting dust and air is purified fully before being returned to the working area. The main filter is 42m² and is covered by the pre-filter to enhance the lifecycle of the filters. To ensure maximum performance from this extractor it is always important to check these filters at least every week.
Since the launch of the HSE Bulletin in February 2019 for the control of mild steel welding fumes, this Maxifil unit has been very popular for most medium-heavy duty metal workshop environments.
