Lincoln FCC 50 Long Life Main Filter
The Lincoln FCC50 long life Main Filter is designed for use with the Lincoln Mobiflex 200M portable fume extraction units. This filter cartridge absorbs all the hazardous fumes and dust created from the welding and fabrication environment. It has a filter efficiency of >99%. It is intended to be used for applications including MIG-MAG/GMAW welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding and stick/MMAW welding.
The cartridge is composed of cellulose fibres shaped into a square with cardboard corners to guarantee an equal airflow over the filter for even distribution of the pollution over the entire filter surface. When the filter is fully saturated it should be replaced, the Lincoln Mobiflex 200M has a filter pollution indicator which presents this.
