In addition to this, the MB240 compatible 4 Metre water-cooled Mig Torch also has key features such as a hanger hook allowing it to be stored easily and makes damage less likely. It also has Swan Necks high temperature resistant insulation materials which reduces the risk of shorting, the neck is also secure as it up-stands on the location block preventing any rotational movement of the neck. As well as this, there are secure contacts in the trigger which are over-moulded so they cannot pull-out. Its water cooling quality allows for the torch to be smaller and more lightweight than air-cooled torches due to the efficiency of water carrying away the heat and less wire is needed which decreases operator fatigue. These features increase the longevity of the torch.
