Description
The PMUC approved 50 Micron Aluminium Foil Tape 50mm x 50m is backed with a strong, polyethene coated release paper and is coated with a dispersion acrylic one side. It is sturdy and durable thanks to its water-resistant and flame retardant properties. The foil is also easy to tear and easy to unwind which makes it user-friendly.
The tape has various uses including sealing glazed units in the double-glazing industry, heat reflection and screening in the electronics industry and joining foil-faced, glass fibre or rock wool. Since it has PMUC certification it can be used in nuclear power stations for applications such as sealing metal or plastic ducting.
