Description
The PMUC approved Red marker pen is low lead and is low in chloride which makes it safe for use on stainless steel and other sensitive metals such as alloy metals and super alloy metals where corrosion resistance is needed.
It can be used for various applications such as Nuclear Power Generation, Energy and Petrochemical Industry as well as Aviation and Aerospace. It can also be used for welding and military uses or shipbuilding and repair. The pen is reliable for use in these industries as it is water-resistant and UV resistant. As well as this, the marker is resilient to temperatures up to 1000c, it is suitable for use in temperatures between -200C to +500c.
It is also fast-drying and permanent which reduces downtime when working. The paint is Xylene-free which lowers the health risk for the user. The pen is cased with shock-resistant plastic and has a double-sided replaceable felt tip which allows it to be used in industrial conditions for long periods. The medium bullet tip resists wear which also prolongs the life of the marker.
The marker leaves no trace when removed from steel so galvanising processes or topcoats will not be affected.
