The QCD is utilised for mounting onto the plastic domes which sit directly on top of the 250kg bulk mig wire drums. This adaptor clamps onto the plastic dome and the QCC (Male Connector) or QCR (Crimp Connector) fits directly into the top of it with the conduit connected.
