Description

Rotabroach Element 30 Mag Base Drill 110 V

The Rotabroach Element 30 mag based drill is very portable and robust weighing only 10.8kg, it is ideal for most metal drilling applications and built for reliability and high performance quality in the harshest of environments. This model is suitable for drilling up to 32mm diameter by 35mm depth.

This machine is ideal for most metal fabricators or for onsite use particularly for steel erectors including a strong magnetic adhesion for clean and accurate cuts.

The Rotabroach Element 30 mag based drill is an amalgamation of power and ease of use. The machine is one of the lightest Magnetic Drills in the world it is versatile, precise and portable.

The machine also has an abundance of safety features including a mounted coolant bottle, an ergonomic carry handle and user-friendly controls that use a ‘traffic-light system’ to alert the operator if the load risks damaging the machine and allows the machine to be operated by even inexperienced users. This aids in the minimal maintenance and prolonged service life of the machine.  It also has a quick release capstan arm and a 13mm drill chuck option which makes it suitable for both standard drill bits and annular cutters.

The advanced Cutsmart2 technology will assist and guide the operator throughout the cut, with a digital display, optimising the machines performance. This is a unique feature to Rotabroach which enhances the life span of the machine plus maximises the number of holes you can get from each cutter.

On the digital panel, the three colours indicate:-

• Green Zone – This is the best practise to enhance the cut quality and optimum machine performance.
• Yellow Zone – A slight reduction on pressure is required on the drill to get back into the green zone. Drilling in this zone is ok but not for a long period of time.
• Red Zone – This machine is now overloaded to you need to release the pressure quickly before the motor cuts off.
