Why are there 3 different systems of table?
Siegmund welding tables are divided into three systems, which refer to the diameter of the boreholes. The three borehole options are 16 mm (System 16), 22 mm (System 22), and 28 mm (System 28).
How much weight can a Siegmund Welding Table take?
With the standard legs: System 16 can take 1000kg per leg, System 22 can take 1500kg per leg, system 28 can take 2000kg per leg. Weight loads are based on an even distribution of the weight loads throughout the table.
How good is the surface tolerance?
Siegmund Tolerances are typically 0.3mm from Corner to Corner.
How do the tables stop spatter sticking?
The combination of the Nitrated Surface and the BAR coating means that Spatter will rarely ever stick, and it is very easy to knock off on the occasion it does land on the table.
How long would I have to wait for a table?
If we have the stock, it would be 2-3 days from date of order, if we don’t have the stock it is around 3-4 weeks from Germany.
How are the Siegmund Welding Tables better than other brands?
The nitrated surface is very unique to Siegmund which makes the tables more durable and longer lasting. They are manufactured in Germany which is known for its quality over against places like Turkey and China which is where most other Welding Table brands are manufactured.
What is the black coating?
The Black coated finish on the tables is called a BAR Coating which stands for Black Anti-Rust. This is put on after the Nitration Process.
