Which Siegmund System Do I Need? - ESCCO
Siegmund Welding Table

Siegmund welding tables are divided into three systems, which refer to the diameter of the boreholes. The three borehole options are 16 mm (System 16), 22 mm (System 22), and 28 mm (System 28). The three systems also have maximum weight loads per leg.

All tool parts and sets can be used on all table series within one system. An extensive range of connecting elements are available if you want to work across systems.

Let’s look at each system in more detail.

System 28

28mm Borehole

Siegmund Welding Table System 28

With borehole sizes of 28mm, the System 28 is ideal for heavy-duty fabrication, when keeping large components in place for welding.

System 22

22mm Borehole

Siegmund Welding Table System 22

With borehole sizes of 22mm, the System 22 is perfect for medium-duty fabrication, with its steel thickness of 19mm and reinforced underside, to guarantee maximum stability whilst working.

Recommended load up to 3000kg*

Max. 1500 kg per leg basic equipment

System 16

16mm Borehole

Siegmund Welding Table System 16

The lightest of the Siegmund series, the System 16 range has borehole sizes of 16mm. For the more intricate fabrication requirements, the System 16 has a 13mm thick steel working surface, with ribbing reinforcement on the underside to ensure stability when working.

Recommended load up to 2000kg*

Max. 1000 kg per leg basic equipment

Available Table Series

  • Basic
  • Professional 750
  • Extreme X8.7
  • Extreme X8.7 PLUS

*The recommended load depends on the number of table legs and the type of table. Weight loads are based on an even distribution of the weight loads throughout the table.
