BIOLOGICUT Plasma Fluid 5L
Biologicut is a fluid designed to work in CNC plasma water tables to prevent hot-spotting, corrosion, bacteria and foaming. The solution has a Ratio of 20:1, meaning that for 20 lt. of water, you must mix it with 1 lt. of fluid. This plasma fluid does not cause harmful vapours or evaporate.
It is important to check and maintain the correct fluid mixture within the CNC cutting bed. This can be achieved by checking the pH (potential of hydrogen) of the diluted fluid once every 1 – 2 weeks by using a pH strip. If the result is below 9 then you will need to add more biologicut fluid into the CNC waterbed.
Biologicut is safe, non-toxic and can go directly into the sewer providing the metal shavings have been filtered out and no oil is visibly floating on top of the fluid.
