Description
The 110V Nederman FilterCart Original mobile filter unit is designed for light welding and extraction applications. FilterCart Original includes Extraction Arm Original with an integrated spotlight, which optimises the user-friendly design and enhances the welding result due to improved light conditions.
This unit comes with a 2 m extraction arm, which makes the unit convenient for a large workspace as movement of the entire unit is less frequent. It is lightweight, easily maneuverable and versatile thanks to its fitted castor wheels and the self-supporting arm which is easily positioned. It also has excellent filtration efficiency as well as the filter being long lasting. The filter is nanofiber which is very advantageous due to its longevity and it is disposable. It is easier and faster to clean which reduces running costs as there will be increased airflow at capture points, a lower usage of compressed air and less cleaning cycles. This increases efficiency and decreases costs and requirement for maintenance. A HEPA 13 filter is also available for this unit, which is required for stainless steel welding fume.
The FilterCart comes with the arm already fitted which allows for a quick and easy setup, ready for immediate use.
