Description
System 16 Mobile Lifting Table
The ergonomic and flexible Siegmund System 16 Mobile Lifting table allows you to quickly reach the ideal working height. It enhances flexibility by allowing for applications including clamping, assembly or increasing work space. Adjusting the height is extremely easy and physiologically pain free which makes reaching the demands of precise operations easier than ever. The table is operated using a manual hydraulic pump from heights between 700 and 1000mm.
The powder-coated, steel construction offers optimum stability with continuous height adjustment and can be delivered or collected pre-assembled. It has two fixed castors and two castors with locking brakes so the table can easily maneuverer through the work place. This feature allows for the table to be space-saving as it can be lowered and moved to the side of the workspace when not in use.
Protective plates are installed below the worktop to protect the hydraulic unit from dirt and welding spatter, this promotes longevity of the hydraulic pump and maintains its ease of use. The table also has fine adjustment which allows for perfect levelness.

Professional Extreme 8.7 table top
The worksurface has boreholes, measuring 16mm in diameter, which enable easy and efficient fastening of Siegmund components and tools. It is a Professional Extreme 8.7 table top made of through-hardened tool steel X8.7 of which Siegmund is the only manufacturer offering this as a standard feature. The premium steel can withstand extremely high workloads and has an impressively high resistance against stroke impact. The steel offers immense levelness and even surface finish which makes using it much easier; retention of this flatness lasts many years which increases long-term savings. Through-hardened tool steel is much harder and more resilient than standard steel.
The table top is plasma nitrided and BAR-coated; plasma nitration is an unmatched surface hardening and tempering treatment that Siegmund perform. The thermo-chemical procedure of plasma nitration results in more wear-free, corrosion-resistant and durable surfaces. This is a very profitable way of enhancing durability and increasing the life span by over double! The clamping force of the bolt will also substantially increase and the loadability of the table will increase by 20-30%. The basic hardness is approximately 280 – 340 Vickers and the surface hardness measures approximately 450 – 850 Vickers.
