Description
A multiple design award winning clamp. The universal pipe clamp (280604) was the 2019 winner of the iF Design award and the 2020 winner of the German design award.
With its 135mm threaded swivelling axle, clamping can be done at a +/- 42° angle. Marrying the advantages of traditional 45° and 90° clamps by increasing the number of angles available.
The dimensions of the clamp are 250mm high and 265mm wide.
Through the countersunk hexagon socket at the tip of the handle the clamping force can be precisely adjusted via a torque wrench, up to a maximum of 3kN.
As with other clamps, durability is a certainty due to the nitrided material increasing resistance to welding spatter and corrosion.
This clamp does not come as part of the Siegmund tool sets for the System 28.
