The Kemper One-Piece Boom Extraction Set 415 V c/w 7 m Arm is a welding fume exhaust kit consisting of boom, exhaust arm and fan, providing a simple and cost-effective solution anywhere where air filtration is not essential. Due to the long reach, flexible exhaust arm, fast work is very easy, even with large workpieces. The smooth movement of the exhaust arm allows for the extraction set to be particularly user friendly, thanks to the rotational exhaust hood design. 40% less adjustment of the exhaust arm is needed; it then keeps its position well due to its internal springs that allow it to be self supporting. In addition to this, there is less need to reposition the entire unit which makes it more convenient in the workplace.
It is suitable for high levels of smoke and dust such as welding fumes, gases, vapours, light dusts or vehicle exhaust fumes in non-stop operation. The exhaust arm can connect to a variety of places including fans, stationary devices or via duct work to central extraction and filtration systems. As well as this, it is equipped with a swivelling, ball-bearing wall extension boom.
